This website is hosted with the following provider:
easyname GmbH, Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Wien, Austria.
The hosting provider processes the data arising from the operation of the website (in particular server log files, see below) exclusively for the technical provision, security and stability of the service. It acts as a processor in accordance with Article 28 GDPR and solely on our instructions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional web presence).
Server log files
When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically processes data in so-called server log files that your browser transmits, insofar as it arises technically:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- requested resource
- browser / user agent used
- referrer (previously visited page)
- status and request/transfer data
This data serves technical delivery, security and stability and is not merged with other data sources. It is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the stated purposes. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Age verification (local storage)
On your first visit, you are asked to confirm that you are of legal age. So that this prompt does not appear on every page view, only a technically necessary value is stored in your browser’s local storage – specifically the entry club-amore-age-verified with the value “true”. This is not a cookie. This value remains locally in your browser, is not transmitted to us or to third parties, and contains no personal data. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Google Maps (click-to-load)
To display directions, we offer a Google Maps map on the “Directions” page. It is loaded only after you actively click (click-to-load). Without your interaction, no connection to Google is established and no data is transmitted to Google. Only when the map loads is data (including your IP address) transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through active loading). Alternatively, the route link opens Google Maps in a new tab.
Instagram content (click-to-load)
On the “Dominatrix” page, we embed an Instagram post. It is loaded only after you actively click (click-to-load). Without your interaction, no connection to Instagram is established and no data is transmitted. Only when the post loads is data (including your IP address) transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent through active loading). Alternatively, you can view the post directly on Instagram.
Facebook (external link)
In the footer we link to our Facebook page. This is an ordinary external link – no Facebook content is embedded and neither a Facebook pixel nor an SDK is used. Only when you click the link and open Facebook does Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. process your data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We have no influence over this processing.
Fonts (local)
The fonts used are delivered locally from our server (self-hosted). No connection to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts) is established, and no data is transmitted to third parties.
Cookies, analysis and tracking
This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. No web analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics), no tag manager, no Meta pixel and no comparable tracking technologies are used. Beyond the technically necessary local age verification described above, no cookies or similar technologies are used for analysis or advertising purposes.
Recipients and processors
The recipient of data is the hosting provider named above (processor). Data is only transmitted to Google or Meta if you actively load the Google Maps map or the Instagram post, or open the Facebook link. No further disclosure of your data to third parties takes place.
Third-country transfers
If you actively load the Google Maps map or the Instagram post, or open our Facebook link, data may be transferred to third countries, in particular the USA. The respective providers rely, according to their own statements, on appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (such as EU standard contractual clauses or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). As long as you do not actively load or open these contents, no such transfer takes place.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights: the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21), and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)).
